What can be done about crime, gangs, drug addiction, and recidivism? Lock them up? Out of sight out of mind? Be angry and punish, punish, punish? Yes, crime should be punished; but how long should we remain angry at the criminal? The victims are angry; the families, the community, the law enforcement, the judicial system, the prison guards, the parole officers, the media, and even their own families are angry. Over time, this attitude has to have a negative psychological impact on the human being. Where do they turn for help? They turn to any group, gang, or affiliation that will show them a sense of love and support. And most of these groups are indoctrinating the incarcerated in how to embrace their status in life and be better criminals.
U.S. Prisons currently house approximately 1.2 million broken men and women, broken men and women who need the transforming love of Jesus Christ. MasterLife Ministry Incorporated (MLM Inc) is a prison ministry that reaches into the lives of the incarcerated with the transforming love of Christ. MLM Inc mentors, adopts, disciples, and equips incarcerated individuals to live Christ centered lives. MLM Inc is transforming lives through the power of Jesus Christ. This equals less crime and safer communities.
One of the resources MLM Inc uses to reach the incarcerated is through Edovo. Edovo is an app on the prison tablets; an app providing educational programming to the incarcerated. This app is free of charge to the incarcerated. However, Edovo rents their platform to nonprofits, ministries, and educators for educational purposes. Edovo reaches 400+ prisons in 35+ states across the United States, and has become an effective rehabilitative tool in corrections.
Edovo has also become the latest means of effective prison evangelism, reaching men and women in the darkest, loneliest parts of the prison. Edovo programming has been the only human MasterLife Ministry has successfully uploaded Christian content on Edovo quarterly for the past year: newsletters, Adrian Rogers sermons, Christian movies, and MasterLife lessons & videos from our team. The feedback has been amazing, our discipleship groups are multiplying, and incarcerated men and women are coming the Christ. MLM would like to continue our ministry partnership with Edovo. However, in order to do so, we rely on your donations. MLM Inc's fundraising goal for our Edovo ministry is $10,000.00. This will secure a three-year contract with Edovo and take a tremendous weight off of our ministry budget.

All the funds will go to the Edovo platform which we use for ministry communication and education by prison location and any funds past $10,000 will be applied to the on-going ministry expenses. All donations are tax deductible since we have been a 501 (c) (3) organization since May 2019.
